Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, assess patients' needs, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care. Duties:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their healthcare needs
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient care activities
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a home healthcare Registered Nurse
- Experience in primary care, senior care, or related fields is preferred
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME) and its usage
Skills:
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
