Job Location: 4800 Fort Worth, TX (FC)
Work days/Shift Hours – if applicable: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Supervise the cleaning and sanitation processes of all process equipment in the plant, to ensure personal health and safety, and quality and food safety in the production process of the final finished product by complying with the procedures established by the company, optimizing the use of detergents and being environmentally friendly.

Manage sanitation personnel to meet departmental requirements.

Train personnel on new ways of working to facilitate daily operations

Oversee cleaning and sanitation processes to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Ensure compliance with The Coca Cola Southwest Beverages sanitation program and matrix to guarantee production in optimal cleanliness conditions.

Supervise the application of established procedures to comply with the plant's quality, food safety, environmental and security management system.

Coordinate activities with other departments and suppliers to fulfill the functions of the area

Ensure compliance with the Quality and Food Safety, Environmental and Safety Policies and the CCSWB Quality & Food Safety Control Plan.

Setting Objectives, Indicators and Targets. Each member of the Improvement Team together with the corresponding member of Liaison and Control will be responsible for clarifying the objectives sought for each process.

Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following safety measures in their work areas and ensuring that their personnel comply with them.

Actively participate as a member of the Food Safety Management Team in order to guarantee that all requirements in terms of sanitation are covered from the design of the system.

High School Diploma or GED required. A Bachelor’s degree preferred with a science related discipline.

A minimum of 1 year in supervisory roles of people and processes. Preferred in a manufacturing environment to include demonstrated leadership capabilities. Strong organization, planning, decision making abilities with ISO working environment. Problem solving, excellent verbal and oral communication skills required. Previous supervisory experience in a Manufacturing environment is an asset. Must be proficient in all MS Office application.
