We are expanding and need an exceptional Operations Manager to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Manage the floor during your shift, ensuring that the environment, product, and service meet our high standards. Your commitment to excellence will be evident in every aspect of our operation.
- Team Leadership: In charge of all aspects of operations including, but not limited to, developing future leaders, handling daily cash. Your leadership and guidance will inspire our team to deliver their best every day.
- Continuous Improvement: Coach and mentor team members to ensure consistency in performance, food quality, team development, and customer service. Your emphasis on "doing things right" will drive continuous improvement in our operations.
- Safety and Compliance: Be proactive in maintaining a safe environment for both guests and employees. Your commitment to safety and compliance will ensure a secure and enjoyable dining experience for all.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 years of experience as a manager in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Adaptability: You can smoothly navigate stressful moments and create a positive atmosphere for the team and guests.
- Problem-Solving: You are solution-focused and resourceful, able to find resolutions to situations quickly.
- Knowledge: Proficient understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, kitchen management.

Salary Range: $67,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
