Responsibilities include tracking, formatting, and publishing content updates across OFN’s website in alignment with best practices, collecting and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and helping to manage marketing technology software and vendors.

This position is based in Washington, D.C. All staff currently work a hybrid schedule.
Core Responsibilities
- Track, format, and publish OFN website content updates in coordination with other teams, including landing pages, blog articles, CDFI borrower stories, media coverage, and industry job bank.
- Support overall web performance and site health by identifying stale content and recommending updates to ensure it stays current and relevant, as well as following best practices for user experience and SEO.
- Organize inventory of OFN marketing and communications materials and update items as needed, including PowerPoint presentations and fact sheets.
- Support updates to attendee app for in-person OFN events.
- Maintain organization of digital assets and content in Salesforce and SharePoint, ensuring easy access and workflows across the organization
- Track and analyze performance metrics across website and other communications channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all levels of the organization to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and implementation of effective strategic communications.
- Other related duties as assigned, such as drafting content and supporting email marketing, virtual presentations, and video and graphics production for events and other core business needs.
