**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join our team. The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for handling billing processes, ensuring accuracy of invoices, and providing excellent customer service.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and submit customer invoices accurately and timely
- Review billing for accuracy and completeness
- Resolve billing discrepancies
- Process journal entries related to billing transactions
- Collaborate with various departments to address billing inquiries
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of corporate accounting procedures
- Utilize accounting software such as PeopleSoft for billing tasks
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in medical billing or financial services preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Excellent customer service skills to address billing inquiries effectively
- Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
