Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries with patience and empathy
- Provide accurate information about products/services and company policies
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience
-check in and out incoming / leaving guests
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze information and solve problems efficiently
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
