Aria is a specialty, service-based periodontal and full-arch dental implant practice.
Our private periodontal practice is seeking a Surgically trained RDA with strong leadership skills to organize the effective operation of our clinical department. The successful candidate will organize the clinical workflow of the practice. The ability to effectively manage patient care, room setup and maintain inventory is crucial. Our doctor will perform comprehensive examinations, to provide an accurate diagnosis and to perform beautiful microsurgery and full-arch surgery. Our goal is to improve patient's lives, not just their teeth, in an environment of extraordinary service.
This opportunity is available for a Windows computer "power user" with a strong sense of organization and responsible time management. The surgical assistant will work directly with the doctor in a surgical setting. We value effective communication, commitment, initiative, dedication and accountability.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5 + years of experience working as a surgical assistant.
- High level of personal organization, accountability, and initiative.
- Create or improve and document effective care delivery systems.
- Inspire others to be organized and effective.
- Ability to work with a demanding doctor with a high standard for clinical excellence.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
