Evidence Strategy Team Description
The Evidence Strategy team within Petauri is a best-in-class health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) consultancy, partnering with top biopharmaceutical companies from early pipeline evidence planning through post-launch evidence generation. With scientific rigor and commercial acuity, we transcend traditional boundaries in evidence generation and value strategy to accelerate patient access to life-saving treatment. Role Description
This is a full-time US-based remote role within the Evidence Strategy team at Petauri, with project leadership and delivery expectations. Working alongside the Evidence Strategy leadership team, this role will support in numerous key areas including:

Project delivery: With the Evidence Strategy team, and in collaboration with other cross-functional teams across Petauri, lead US-focused and global evidence, HEOR, and/or policy projects from initial proposal concept through to final delivery, alongside supporting team member(s)

Project management and tracking: Oversee teams and provide guidance on project timelines, budget, and tracking of key milestones

Client development: Support identification of new business opportunities, maintain ongoing client relationships and support development of new offerings (as applicable) within Petauri

Management and mentorship: Line manage team member(s) within Evidence Strategy (as applicable) and support their growth and development, project quality and overall performance within Petauri

Thought leadership: Play a key role in the ideation and execution of thought leadership activities internally and externally, including but not limited to webinars, white papers, blog development, conference publications, panels, and internal working group(s)

Training and education: Support internal and external training in HEOR and evidence-related topics

Strategic support: Contribute ideas to support strategic growth within the Evidence Strategy team and broader Petauri organization

Advanced degree or equivalent qualifications, with relevant degree(s) in health economics, public health, epidemiology, healthcare policy, or another related discipline

7+ years of relevant work experience in biopharmaceutical industry, consultancy, and/or other related fields

In-depth understanding of health economics, real-world evidence, relevant US healthcare policy, and the pharmaceutical industry

Experience working in both US and Global capacities, with knowledge of translating complex US concepts for ex-US audiences (internal and external)

Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with biopharmaceutical stakeholders

Strong foundation in strategic thinking, providing the ability to work across the business to define, generate and deliver innovative and forward-thinking health economics and healthcare policy strategy

Collaborative in nature and embrace opportunities to work alongside different business units within Petauri

Strong organization and time management skills, with high work ethic

Self-starter, with ability to remain motivated in remote environment with minimal oversight
