Community Liaison
Overview:
Join our team as a Community Liaison where you will play a vital role in connecting our organization with the community. As a liaison, you will be responsible for fostering relationships, promoting programs, and representing our organization in a positive light within the community.
Duties:
- Engage with community members to understand their needs and concerns
- Organize and participate in fundraising events to support community initiatives
- Perform administrative tasks related to community outreach programs
- Demonstrate leadership by advocating for community welfare and social work initiatives
- Utilize marketing strategies to promote organization's services within the community
- Conduct public speaking engagements to raise awareness about our program
- Assist in recruiting volunteers and participants for community projects
- Manage projects related to program development and implementation
Experience:
- Proven experience in fund raising, marketing, senior advocate, or community outreach
- Familiarity with fundraising strategies and event coordination
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in community engagement
- Experience in market research and implementing marketing campaigns
- Proficient in public speaking and delivering impactful presentations
- Ability to recruit and mobilize individuals for community involvement
- Skilled in project management for successful program development
