Location: This role offers flexible working arrangements with the option for 100% remote work, or if preferred, you can choose to be based in our offices in Chicago, IL or Washington, DC.
Schedule: There are part-time and full-time positions available. The full time positions will be 40-hours a week.

Job Overview:
As a Client Services Associate with our team, you will be pivotal in managing and supporting our Safe Stays booking system. This role is perfect for those who have a knack for customer service, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a background in hospitality or social services. You will act as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their reservations are seamless and meet specific service level agreements (SLAs).

Responsibilities:
- Reservation Oversight: Monitor the booking system to ensure all reservations adhere to SLA parameters and provide proactive solutions to avoid any potential issues.
- Customer Support: Serve as a key liaison between clients and hotel partners, offering prompt and effective support for booking inquiries, modifications, and any reservation issues.
- Escalation Handling: Provide critical support during reservation escalations, ensuring a swift resolution and maintaining strong client and partner relationships.
- Administrative Duties: Assist with clerical tasks related to accounting and billing, including the auditing of hotel bookings and managing folios. Handle incoming calls and support other administrative functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality or social services, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent critical thinking, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a sharp attention to detail.
- Proficient in working collaboratively with a diverse range of people and comfortable in a remote setting.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to set priorities and complete tasks independently.
Work Environment:
- This is a fully remote position, requiring effective time management and self-discipline. You will need a suitable home office setup and be adept at using digital communication tools to collaborate with team members and clients.

Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000
Salary is commensurate with experience, with most candidates typically starting at the lower end of the posted range unless they possess a strong, proven track record in roles closely aligned with this position's responsibilities.
