Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and maximizing sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients
- Evaluate clients' insurance needs and present suitable options
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about insurance policies
- Process policy renewals, changes, and claims efficiently
- Meet sales targets and goals set by the company
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
Experience:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in sales administration and market research
- Ability to effectively communicate and market insurance products to a diverse client base
- Experience in retail sales or outside sales is advantageous
