Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Shopper to assist customers in selecting and purchasing products that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail sales and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchase decisions
- Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment
- Multilingual skills, especially in Spanish, are a plus for assisting diverse customers
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and taxes
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or wireless sales is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is advantageous for multilingual interactions
- Familiarity with using cash registers and processing transactions efficiently
- Ability to sell products persuasively while understanding customer needs
