Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chiro patient care, AND/OR personal injury care of any kind.
Duties:
- Provide case management services to patients in an inpatient setting
- Assists with referring patients to other facilites (MRIs, CT, pain management) and makes sure patient attends appointments
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and attorneys office to develop and implement patient care plans
- Makes sure patients stay on track with treatment and outside appointments
- Signing up new patients and guiding them through the process
-Assisting the doctor with translating
Qualifications:
- MUST BE BI-LINGUAL (Speak, read and write english and spanish)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
