Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. If you have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply. Duties: - Greet visitors and provide them with a warm welcome - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person - Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management - Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area - Provide general support to staff members as needed Requirements: - Proficiency in using Google Suite and other computerized systems - Previous experience working in a dental office or similar healthcare setting is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Experience as a personal assistant or in office management is a plus - Ability to coordinate projects and prioritize tasks efficiently - Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills We offer competitive compensation based on experience. Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated.
