America - Remote Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Personalization and Optimization person to drive our
optimization and personalization effort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for
leveraging Adobe Target to enhance customer experiences, drive conversions, and maximize ROI
across their digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
Be a primary point of contact for the customers and together with a team provide
excellence in service delivery, campaign planning, and executions.
Design, develop, and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization
campaigns using Adobe Target.
Configure and customize Adobe Target platform to meet specific business needs,
including audience segmentation, targeting rules, and reporting.
Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and analysts to ensure seamless integration
of Adobe Target solutions with existing systems and platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them
into Adobe Target implementation strategies.
Continuously monitor and analyze test results and user data to optimize campaign
performance and drive conversion rate improvements.
Perform feasibility assessment (aka sample size calculation) for the A/B testing.
Knowledge on the Advance Adobe Target feature such as Auto Personalization and Auto
Target are must.
Knowledge of the Adobe Analytics for Target (A4T) will be an add on.
Knowledge on configuring and debugging KPI/success metrics in Adobe Target and ability
to calculate the lift will be an add on.
Configuring and debugging Adobe Analytics events for Adobe Target activity will be an add
on.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, personalization,
and optimization techniques.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in web development, with at least 4 years focused on
Adobe Target.
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Target, including setting up activities,
creating audiences, and implementing personalized experiences.
Solid understanding of digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics,
or similar.
Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization strategies.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate
with cross-functional teams.
Adobe Target certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert) preferred.
Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe
Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform) is a plus.
Strong communication skills
Good to have experience with configuring and implementing other Personalization platforms
such as Evolv AI, Optimizely Experimentation, Dynamic Yield, or Oracle Maxymiser.

quality standards. The AEP Delivery Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams,
including developers, architects, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure
successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of AEP projects from inception to completion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and
deliverables
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
Ensure project risks are identified and managed effectively
Manage project resources, including internal and external stakeholders
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
standards
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
experience in delivering Adobe Experience Platform projects
Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including Adobe
Campaign, Adobe Journey Analytics, Customer Journey Optimizer and Adobe
Target
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with external vendors
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans,
schedules, and budgets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
simultaneously
Adobe certification is a plus

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
