Parkway SleepHealth Centers is an all inclusive sleep center, where we provide sleep studies, office visits for those suffering with sleep issues, and CPAP machines and supplies. We strive to provide excellent customer service to each patient and are proud to be locally owned and operated.
We are searching for a PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR with Front and Back Office Duties to help us fulfill our mission. The right patient care coordinator will have a positive attitude, self motivation, and be
willing to help out wherever needed.
As part of the Parkway team, you will:
- Answer phones
- Schedule sleep studies, consults, and follow up visits
- Process referrals
- Send prescriptions to pharmacies and respond to refill requests
- Submit RX prior authorizations
- Prepare patients for their virtual visit with provider
- Room patients for our in-person office visits
- Work closely with our doctor and PA to ensure quality care of our patients
- Collect co-pays, coinsurances, and deductibles
- Fax Letters of Medical Necessity to ordering doctors for signature
- Be ready to learn and help out in other areas at Parkway
Applicants MUST have previous medical office experience. Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) is preferred, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
