Position Overview: In this role, you'll be the right-hand person to our Brand Manager, providing integral support to our production team and assisting with various aspects of day-to-day operations. From learning how to work with materials to overseeing sales and managing our online presence, you'll be involved in real projects from start to finish. With a focus on growth and goal attainment, you'll embody a sales-oriented attitude while maintaining our commitment to quality and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with production tasks, including machine work, moving materials, gluing, and more.
- Oversee sales with current customers and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage website content and assist with social media management.
- Prepare for and attend trade shows, representing our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the Brand Manager and production team to achieve seasonal goals.
- Maintain open communication with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Embrace a hands-on approach to learning and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for customer relations.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately with attention to detail.
- Interest in handling various materials, including leather and final products.
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects.
