Sky Elements Drone Shows a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide support to the President and executive team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of tasks across different business units. This role requires a high level of professionalism, organization, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the 10,0000 sqft warehouse, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
- Manage a team of 4+ employees, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
- Track and maintain assets and inventory using barcode management systems.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for warehouse operations.
- Similar to an equipment rental business for internal clients,the primary responsibilities include managing the lifecycle of equipment from dispatch to return.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with remote employees primarily based in Dallas.
- Monitor and manage warehouse expenses, striving for cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and asset movements.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve processes.
- Manage several smaller satellite warehouses (with a travel requirement of less than 15% to the satellite warehouses).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics management and inventory control.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring walking and standing.
