You will be part of a fast-paced, international, diverse, and collaborative team of professionals. Who you are:
A brand champion with a passion for creating captivating visuals that tell a story, and who thrives in a collaborative environment. This critical role is essential for elevating the CIEE Study Abroad visual presence and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.
What you’ll do:

Develop eye-catching graphic elements for social media platforms, websites, and presentations.

Craft infographics, icons, and other visual assets to enhance communication and engagement.

Design compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and email templates.

Collaborate closely with content marketing writers to achieve seamless integration of isuals and messaging.

Champion our brand identity by creating consistent visuals and maintaining brand guidelines across all communication channels.

Develop and implement a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for design requests and best practices to streamline workflows.

Educate team members on how to become brand champions by providing training on using Canva to create on-brand marketing materials.

Create collateral for events and conferences including but not limited to booth design, swag collateral, print, digital, etc.
What you’ll bring:
The ideal candidate will possess:

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design skills.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (or similar programs).

Excellent understanding of design principles, including layout, composition, typography,and color theory.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to creating high-quality visuals.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.

A passion for branding and a desire to be a brand advocate.

Experience using and training others on design platforms like Canva a plus.
