XSOLIS, is a dynamic and entrepreneurial healthcare technology organization focused on creating an environment for our clients where care givers spend more time with patients and less time with their heads down on paperwork. For the first time, healthcare operations can leverage clinical and risk scoring methodologies to better manage medical necessity determinations, patient flow, patient hand-offs, payer/provider communication, accurate reimbursement
This position will have primary responsibility for client satisfaction and value realization. The Account Manager I will provide proactive relationship management across the entire breadth of a customer’s engagement with Xsolis, serving as the liaison between the client and multi-disciplinary teams at Xsolis.
Essential Functions
- Creates and executes customer specific revenue retention and growth strategies for single facility clients leveraging return on investment analysis, operational efficiency/utilization reviews, sales opportunity qualification, and strategic planning.
- Responsible for measurement and ongoing improvement of ROI measures.
- Identifies opportunities for non-contracted services that will provide additional value to clients.
- Serves as customer operational expert for all aspects of assigned customers – both for existing and potential areas of partnership.
- Coordinates operational and strategic activities internally to improve customer experience and strengthen corporate processes across Xsolis.
- Maintains and expands relational footprint within assigned clients.
- Cultivates references at each client within assigned portfolio.
- Creates and delivers regular Business Reviews with all assigned clients.
- Maintains accuracy of customer documentation in all corporate repositories such as Salesforce and Jira.
- Serves as escalation point for operational disruption across all defined areas of partnership.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of Account Management, Client Support, Sales, and/or Consulting experience within the Healthcare industry (specifically hospital technology systems, Revenue Cycle SaaS or Revenue Cycle Operations).
Other:
- Track record of relationship or support management meeting and exceeding client satisfaction goals.
- Professional and effective communication skills required at all client levels.
