Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record of success in negotiating and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and exceptional account management
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer accounts, and analyze sales data
- Identify new business opportunities and drive business development initiatives to expand the customer base
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Conduct outside sales visits to prospective clients and deliver compelling sales presentations
- Must be able to climb ladders and perform roof inspections.
- Must have own reliable form of transportation.

Skills:
- Proven experience in technology sales with a focus on negotiating and closing deals
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships
- Strong account management skills with the ability to analyze sales data and identify trends
- Demonstrated business development acumen and the ability to drive sales growth
- Excellent customer service skills with a customer-centric approach
- Experience in outside sales, understanding of technical products, and solutions.
- This is a 1099 position, commission based
