Mi-T-M is looking for a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee our maintenance department comprehensively. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless operation of our manufacturing facility by implementing preventive maintenance programs, overseeing repairs, and collaborating with other departments to enhance production processes. Leading a team of four maintenance technicians, the Maintenance Manager will coordinate schedules and manage budgets to maintain the efficiency of all company facilities and equipment.
Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement maintenance procedures, strategies, and systems to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians, electricians, and other staff members within the department.

Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints.

Conduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment, and infrastructure to identify and resolve issues before they escalate.

Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruptions to manufacturing processes.

Maintain inventory levels of spare parts, equipment, and supplies necessary for maintenance operations.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety within the maintenance team.

Manage contracts and relationships with external service providers and suppliers.

Prepare and manage the maintenance department budget, tracking expenditures and recommending cost-saving initiatives.
Job Requirements:

Proven experience (5+ years) as a Maintenance Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Experience with PLCs, robotics, and automated systems preferred.

Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of maintenance software programs and systems.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Electrical license not required but preferred.
