Description:
Summary: The Dishwasher will provide all guests at 34 Park/Bosa with clean and sanitized utensils, plate ware, and glassware. The dishwasher will ensure that the service area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized throughout their shift.
Primary Responsibilities:

Ensure dishes and cookware are sanitized and available as needed.

Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.

Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.

Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.

Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection.

Assist cooks with prep as needed. Assist in completing prep and storage of food items.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of working BOH.

Must follow handling and sanitation procedures and use extreme caution with utensils, plate ware, glassware, and equipment to avoid breakage.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Available to work different hours including weekends, days, and nights.
