- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children
- Provide care and supervision for children, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Foster a positive and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Use effective communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff
- Implement early intervention strategies to support children's development
- Manage behavior and promote positive social interactions among children
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Engage children in literacy education through storytelling, reading, and writing activities
- Collaborate with other childcare providers to ensure a cohesive learning environment
```Qualifications:```
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Strong understanding of classroom management techniques
- Ability to plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lessons
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to adapt to the needs of individual children and provide appropriate support
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies is a plus
