Festival Cashier
What are we looking for?
We are looking for professional, high-energy cashiers with excellent communication skills to serve our customers. The cashiers will complete all guest payment transactions for their beverages at beer tents throughout the festival grounds.
Job Responsibilities:

Process all sales transactions and provide receipt for beverage redemption.

Accept all appropriate payment types based on location

Where applicable, maintain adequate change in the cash drawer and request additional change as needed.

Answer customer questions.

Provide excellent customer service to all guests.

Assists in the responsible serving of all guests by following alcohol service training guidelines.
Job Requirements:
-
Basic math skills are a plus.

Ability to use an electronic POS System.
-
Cash handling experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work in all weather conditions

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc. for an extended period and lift 25 lbs.

Complete on the job training at a date TBD closer to each event.
Job Hours:
Fri Aug. 5: 4pm-11:30pm
Sat Aug 6 - Sun Aug 14: 11:30am-11:30pm
Shifts will be scheduled based on employee availability but the ability to work a minimum of 5 shifts consisting of 5 hours per shift is preferred.

Communicate with employees and clients, either verbally and/or in writing.

Read and communicate in English. Bilingual in other languages is a plus.

The employee is required to lift up to 25 pounds frequently, and up to 40 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
