Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives by managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events; prepare agendas and take minutes.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for review.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage communication channels including emails, calls, and inquiries.
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
- Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in using tools such as DocuSign, Google Suite, QuickBooks, and other office software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette.
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a clerical role is a plus.
