Autism HOPE has immediate openings for professional, enthusiastic, and driven Behavior Consultants to join our team in making the difference in the lives of children, youth and families impacted with ASD. Autism HOPE is a community based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency serving children, youth, and young adults ages 3-21. Required qualifications:
· Minimum of a Master’s degree level
· Professional Liability insurance
· Favorable Clearances
· Licensed Behavior Specialist in PA
· Reliable transportation
· Spanish is a plus.
Duties:
- Provide consultation and support to individuals with autism and their families
- Conduct assessments to determine individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques, such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for members
- Provide training and guidance to caregivers on implementing behavioral strategies at home
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, behavioral health)
- Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred
- Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disorders
- Knowledge of Intensive Behavior Health Services (IBHS) and behavioral therapy principles and techniques
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities
- Proficient in documentation and record keeping
