Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Patient Recruitment Manager to support and manage patient recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with leadership and study teams to identify and evaluate key drivers for successful recruitment and enrollment into clinical trials.
This position is not considering candidates from New York City, Chicago, California, Colorado, or Washington states at this time.
Responsibilities:

Engage and train the recruitment team to ensure effectiveness and high performance.

Monitor team performance, communicate with leadership, and implement necessary developmental steps.

Partner with leadership and local sites to enhance community-based patient recruitment opportunities and assess their effectiveness.

Oversee and manage relationships with recruitment vendors to achieve patient recruitment goals.

Execute and monitor recruitment strategies with leadership to ensure patient access and effective planning.

Collaborate with site operations and cross-functional teams to enhance patient engagement, retention, and alignment with study objectives.
Experience:

Required: Experience leading and managing a team, patient recruitment, vendor management, and analyzing metrics.

Preferred: 1-3 years of management, patient recruitment and engagement experience.
