Job Description
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome our guests and manage all aspects of their stay. Your role is to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a neat and professional appearance. The ideal candidate will be able to share our values and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. This position is for one full time or two part time candidates, 7A - 3P morning shift and 3P - 11P afternoon shift.
Applicants should be mature, dependable, hardworking and focused.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests enthusiastically and provide a warm, friendly, and personalized experience
- Manage reservations and check-ins/check-outs in a timely manner while following company policies and procedures
- Enter guest names and information into computer system as required
- Handle cash and credit card transactions as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of reception area, lobby
- Answer phones from customers for reservations
- Handle personal requests and handle emergencies or issues a guest may have
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year working experience in a hotel at front desk
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, staff, and management
- Must possess good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must possess good judgment and problem solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude towards colleagues and customers
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
