Mosquito Joe is a fast-growing, locally owned business and we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are a fast-paced FUN environment! To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized, able to perform multiple tasks for different clients at the same time. If you have experience with sales and understand what excellent customer service is, we would like to meet you! Our ideal candidate is able to both administer daily sales activities, and brainstorm innovative ideas to improve our client relationships, and help with day-to-day office tasks. This person will be the first point of contact for our customers and will assure a best-in-class customer support experience.
Ultimately, you will drive growth to our company by being an essential part of the sales team.
Key Competencies
- Proven work experience as an Account Specialist or similar roll
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office in particular)
- Hands on experience with CRM
- Organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills with a problem solving attitude
- Strong writing, and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute customer sales process via phone and online sales channels
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone or email to respond to customer inquiries, scheduling, invoicing and billing inquiries.
- Set up new customer accounts & keep account records updated and accurate
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing excellent customer service to existing and new customers
