Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Assess and document patient symptoms, progress, and response to treatment
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Utilize electronic medical record systems such as Athenahealth and eClinicalWorks to document patient information accurately
Skills:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to lift and move patients safely using proper body mechanics
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems for documentation
