We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Research Associate to join our Research and Development team. The Research Associate will work on multiple projects and provide essential support to scientists and researchers in conducting experiments, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of the laboratory. They will be responsible for writing protocols, keeping detailed lab notebook records, checking literature and participating and presenting at lab group meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Execute experiments following established protocols.

Assist team in setting up experiments, including preparing materials, labeling samples, and organizing equipment.

Perform routine laboratory tasks, such as daily instrument start-up, fridge and freezer maintenance, and laboratory maintaining laboratory cleanliness.

Monitor and replenish laboratory supplies and consumables, ensuring adequate inventory levels.

Assist in the operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment, troubleshooting issues as needed.

Document experimental procedures, observations, and results accurately and in compliance with company policies.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Support other administrative duties related to laboratory operations, as assigned by supervisory staff.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field, or equivalent wet laboratory experience.

1-2 years wet-lab experience in Diagnostics, Biopharma or academic lab.

Experience performing ELISA and or Flow Cytometry assays.

Familiarity with basic laboratory techniques and procedures, including pipetting, centrifugation, and solution preparation.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism in the laboratory.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications

Salary range: $80,000 - $103,000
