Administrative Assistant – Management Support Assistant
Do you like to keep things organized and people informed? Are you a strong multi-tasker? We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who can help keep us organized and grow! The right person will become an integral part of the team.
Objectives:
- Filling in the gaps around everyone else’s positions
- Making the office environment run smoothly
- Supporting the KPS team as needed with day-to-day tasks
Position Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills; excellent organizational skills. Ability to and willingness to “be the glue” that keeps us together. Willingness to jump in and help when needed.
- Quick Learner who can solve problems independently.
- The ability to think ahead and anticipate needs is critical.
- Exceptional time management skills- being able to create your own schedule and priorities while maintaining a high level of production.
- Exceptional skills in Excel, QuickBooks, and computer related tasks.
- Highly motivated and highly detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Multi-tasking and organizing multiple projects.
- Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- The ability to interact and communicate professionally with clients and co-workers.
- Problem solver with a positive and can-do attitude
- Ability to develop, document and communicate processes within the company.
- Ability to be flexible as the role evolves to respond to the needs of the business.
- Construction Experience is a plus, the right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into other positions within KPS.
- The ability to follow current KPS practices and suggest improvements if applicable.
Position Responsibilities:
- Office and supplies management
- Sales and Marketing support
- Operations support
- Directly support the management team with computer tasks, creating estimates and preparing documents.
- Scheduling support for management team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
