King's Dream Business Consulting is looking to add a Project Manager to our small team of savvy remote small business consultants. As a Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate various projects within the organization to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing projects, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong focus on client satisfaction and quality outcomes. This is a contract role with weekly hours that range from 10 to 30, a flexible schedule, and room for advancement!

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project schedules and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of company resources.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate potential risks or issues, and proactively resolve any challenges that may arise during project execution.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct project post-mortem assessments and create comprehensive project reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices and project management methodologies within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar project management role, with a successful track record of managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions and drive initiatives forward.

Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
