Our Real Estate team at El Camino Hospital is seeking a highly motivated and organized Real Estate Assistant in Mountain View to join the team! Room to grow! We work hard and we play hard!!
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES:
- Establish and maintain favorable landlord/tenant relations by providing excellent and timely customer service.
- Respond to tenant requests and dispatch appropriate internal departments and/or 3rd party vendors as needed.
- Understand each tenant's request and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide full administrative support, including phone support, typing, filing, scanning, copying, etc.
- Maintain certificate of insurance files and tickler system for tenants and vendors.
- Create and maintain maintenance work orders through Commericalcafe and prepare monthly report as requested.
- Create tenant chargeback invoices.
- Maintain key inventory and update property information sheet.
- Process accounts payable and work authorizations in eBuilder.
- Code accounts payable invoices and enter into Yardi accounting system.
- Create and maintain tenant lease files, property files and vendor files.
- Maintain utility tracking sheet for all properties.
- Maintain physician timeshare space and order necessary supplies.
- Assist with special projects as requested.
OTHER SKILLS:
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe and Internet software.
- Experience in Yardi a plus.
EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years in an administrative role, preferably in commercial real estate industry.
- Detail oriented, able to prioritize and follow through, and multi-task.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
