We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to oversee our Senior residential daily operations and drive the communities’ strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in operations management.
Qualifications:
· Prior experience in same or similar role.
· Proven knowledge of building management and infrastructure
· Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift without restriction.
· Strong attention to detail and problem solving
· Experience with budgeting and supply requisitions.
· Ability to work with senior population
· Flexibility of schedule for Emergency situations.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain Operation procedures and protocol systems
· Conduct regular inspections of multiple buildings to identify potential issues and address them in a timely fashion.
· Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or projects
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
· Assist with work orders, preventative maintenance, and routine tasks to maintain the physical community is well kept.
· Assist in conducting fire and disaster drills in accordance with Federal, State, and local law regulations and company policy and procedures.
· Successfully lead a team of 15+ employees
· New hire screening and interviews.
· Conduct in services and quarterly safety meetings
· Create and maintain operational staff schedules
· Represent the Community as Safety Director
Required:
· Legally authorized to work in the United States
· Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
· OSHA-MSDS sheets and procedures
· Fire and safety procedures
· Function and operations of kitchen appliances, office equipment, maintenance and landscaping equipment.
· Ability to repair plumbing, carpentry and minor electrical problems.
· On call for Emergencies
Schedule: On Location Monday to Friday (with potential flexibility)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
