A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOTEL BREAKFAST ATTENDANT
As a Hotel Breakfast Attendant, you ensure that the breakfast items are stocked and available to guests during breakfast hours according to company standards. You maintain the cleanliness of the breakfast area and kitchen during and after morning hours. Free breakfast is a huge draw for guests, so a positive experience is remembered by them and plays an important part in their overall impression of our accommodations. So, you play an essential part in our success!
With great attention to detail, you inventory our breakfast items regularly and order items as needed. You provide all receipts to the general manager. Additionally, you ensure all items are stored properly to adhere to health department regulations. Always punctual, you make sure the breakfast is set up and ready at the scheduled time.
You provide exceptional customer service as you warmly greet our guests and make sure that their morning gets off to a great start. With a friendly smile, you happily accommodate any special requests. You also make sure that food items are properly stored and rotated. After breakfast is over, you remove dishes, clean off tables, sweep, vacuum, and mop. Whether guests are travel-worn business travelers or vacationers, you feel good about providing them with the kind of hospitality that they'll remember long after returning home!
