Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health, applied behavior analysis, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments
- Develop behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis
- Provide behavioral therapy to children and adults with developmental disabilities
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to implement treatment plans
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and data collection
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles
- Ability to work effectively with children and adults in various settings
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
