Overview
As a CIS Leasing Consultant, you are the change agent for re-stabilizing and leasing up new and underperforming properties. Your mission will be to work on-site, partnering with the established staff at each property, to enhance leasing strategies, improve tenant satisfaction and drive occupancy rates. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales and customer service, who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about making a tangible impact in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
o Leasing and Sales
o Implement effective leasing strategies to attract and retain prospects.
o Understand updates to property including floor plans, amenities, features, and concessions.
o Conduct property tours with a professional demeanor and secure leasing applications.
o Utilize advanced sales techniques and professionalism to drive property profitability.
o Service and Prospect Relations
o Provide exceptional service to potential prospects.
o Address prospects concerns with a positive attitude, answer queries promptly and effectively.
o Create a welcoming and supportive community atmosphere.
o Implement outreach initiatives to increase property visibility and attract potential prospects.
o Collaboration with Onsite Staff
o Work closely with property staff to ensure seamless operations.
o Engage in regular, constructive dialogue with team members to drive continuous improvement and effective teamwork.
o Share knowledge and best practices, supporting the development and success of the team.
o Performance Analysis and Reporting
o Regularly assess leasing performance, adapting strategies as needed to meet changing market conditions.
o Frequent documentation and data entry.
o Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
o Adhere to compliance with all company policies and legal requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
· Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer facing role (e.g., leasing, sales, real estate, etc.).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to travel
· Strong organizational and time management abilities.
· Intermediate computer skills.
Desired Qualifications
· Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in previous roles.
· Experience using leasing management software (i.e., Yardi)
