Role Description
This is a full-time role as a TPO Call Center Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and building relationships with broker partners, providing them with support and assistance throughout the loan process. This role will involve making outbound calls, answering inbound calls, and addressing broker inquiries. While based in Naples, FL.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Experience in the mortgage or financial industry
- Strong Knowledge of loan products and processes
- Familiarity with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA and Renovation Loan Programs
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in relevant software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus
Pay Range: Base Minimum $35,100.00 Plus commission
Potential total earnings of $65,000.00 per year
