REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST BE OUTGOING and able to connect with individuals over the phone.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Self motivated and driven individual
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- A Florida Property & Casualty license (2-20 or 4-40) is required to obtain prior to starting.
