EF Educational Tours (ET) and Explore America (EA), divisions of EF Education First, are seeking a mission-driven, strategic, and collaborative Marketing Manager to join our growing Brand Experience team. In this role, you will work alongside the Senior Director of Marketing to shape our brand strategy, and support on how it is communicated, understood and implemented across the organization. You will also partner with the extended marketing team (Marketing Strategy, Education, Insights, Media) to aid in the planning and delivery of integrated communications, campaigns, and experiences to achieve our brand objectives.

In this role, you will leverage insights, creativity and innovation to develop strategic initiatives that strengthen our brand’s presence, differentiate us in the market, and drive sustainable growth, while always staying true to our core essence. Brand Strategy: Support development and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies aligned with organizational objectives to increase brand awareness and loyalty amongst our target audiences.
Brand Positioning: Work alongside Creative and Marketing Strategy to refine our brand's positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
Brief Development: Develop strategic creative briefs that align to the business objectives, brand strategy and goals.
Campaign Management: Work alongside Marketing Strategy and Media to plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, email, etc.) to promote our brand and drive customer engagement.
Stakeholder & Project Management: Ensures that brand initiative roadmaps and implementation plans are followed; manages cross-functional teams and leads projects through completion.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the Marketing Strategy & Education teams to create compelling and relevant content that resonates with our target audiences and reinforces our brand's messaging and values.
Market Research: Support the Director of Insights with market research and analysis, keeping a pulse on consumer, market, competitive trends evolutions to inform branding and marketing initiatives.
Partnership Development: Support the Director of Education & Partnerships, Marketing Strategy and Media teams on efforts to cultivate strategic partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of branding and marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Previously marketed to educational audiences, including teachers, students and/or families
Experience managing agency partners
Demonstrated experience utilizing consumer research and data to drive actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and improve the consumer experience
Proficient in Wrike, Confluence and/or similar project management software
Experience with brand tracking/management platforms
