Job Description: As a Sales & Marketing Specialist at Volanti Displays, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and implementing marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging marketing materials, such as brochures, email newsletters, and website content.
- Manage and optimize the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Customer Engagement:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to showcase the features and benefits of Volanti Displays’ offerings.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve the overall customer experience.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and market trends for senior management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and represent Volanti Displays.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (REQUIRED)
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the technology or display solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and marketing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
