Dallas Nephrology Associates (DNA) is a large independent single
specialty practice with numerous offices located throughout the
Dallas-Fort worth Metroplex. DNA has a long-standing reputation of
providing quality care to patients in the North Texas area since 1971.

We have an immediate opening for an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
or Physician Assistant (Advanced Practice Provider) to service our
patients at our assigned dialysis clinics. This team member will
perform physical assessment to improve access flow monitoring by
complementing existing access flow monitoring efforts. Day to day
responsibilities will include patient visits at the dialysis centers,
physical assessment of the dialysis access, documentation and
reporting findings to the nephrologists, providing patient access
education, and referral to the ambulatory surgical center for
interventions as needed. The APP will work closely and consult with
other members of the healthcare team when appropriate, instruct
patients and family members regarding treatment Consults with other
members of the healthcare team when appropriate. In addition, this
provider will evaluate and ensure that patients are familiar with all
options of treatment and receive the appropriate information and
education about the options for them.
Requirements:
· Graduate from accredited APP program – Nurse Practitioner or
physician assistant
· Nephrology experience required
· Previous experience in dialysis required
· Current Texas state license
· BLS/ACLS certification
· Reliable transportation

Pay: $105,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
