Wedding Catering Coordinator for Cottonwood/Prescott Valley areas;
- This position reports to the Events Director
- We are looking for an individual that is passionate about investing in the talents of each individual on their team and is a self starter with an entrepreneur mind set
- Responsible for building and maintaining a Day Of Event Team that can go to offsite locations and produce successful events. As the Events Coordinator you will pull from the already established COLT Team and recruit in who you think would add to the team.
- Maintaining event staff schedule so each event is amply staffed
- Will manage offsite events including wedding catering, corporate catering, and onsite rehearsal dinners.
- Responsible for preparation, delivery, and presentation of all weddings and full-service events (off-site and on-site)
- Office Hours include performing customer service to all clients that have booked full-service events on-site and off-site
- Communicate effectively with each client to collect their final details including final guest count, final layout, timeline, menu adjustments, etc
- Train & Manage multiple catering teams to provide excellent customer service at events.
- Works directly with kitchen day of events to make sure event menus are accurate (auditing)
- Schedules staff to perform on-site and off-site duties for events
- Prepares and Performs day-of “deliveries” and “ Pick-ups” for clients and customers
- Maintains Inventory and places orders for catering supplies
- ( Catering Vehicle available for Events and Commuting , 2 Locations – must have Good driving record )
- Must be flexible as your event schedule will differ week to week but expect to work weekends. Days off are usually taken in the middle of the week.
- Manage offsite catering for Cottonwood, Prescott Valley, Sedona, and Prescott areas. A catering vehicle will be provided to you to drive to and from events.

Pay: $44,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
