Job Description:
Behavior Therapists (BT) play an important role in the delivery of applied behavior analytic (ABA) therapy. BTs implement programs and interventions that are developed by a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). These interventions may target certain domains such as (but not limited to):
- communication
- socialization
- play and leisure
- adaptive life skills
- safety skills
- pre-academic skills
- problem behavior management
Apart from the implementation of developed treatment, behavior therapists are also expected to collect data on target behaviors, work collaboratively with the supervising clinician, other service providers (SLP, OT), and family members, and most importantly, create a safe, caring, and compassionate learning environment for the children we serve.

Requirements:
- HS Diploma
- Reliable method of transportation (i.e. must have a car)
- Availability between 2-7:30 pm Monday – Friday, with flexibility during weekend hours
- Position is part time with potential to transition to full time
Preferred:
- Obtained Registered Behavioral Technician Certification (RBT)
- BA in Psychology, Child Development, or other related fields
- Working towards national certification'
