SCM is looking to hire customer service administrators IMMEDIATELY. This administrative position supports the operational functions within our organization. We are looking for a reliable and friendly candidates to join our team. Positive attitude, quick learner, hard-worker, open to feedback, self-managed. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Answering heavy incoming calls ensuring positive customer service and assisting customers, clients and vendors with account inquiries.
- Ability to multi-task, work in a high energy, fast paced environment, juggle back and forth form taking inbound calls and maintaining work flow
- Maintain email folders and queues daily, ensuring processes and procedures are being completed in a timely manner and within Client expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6 Months to 1 Year of Inbound Customer Service
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel),
- Internet Savvy
- Positive high energy friendly customer service
- Strong attention to detail
- Punctual with good attendance
- Office environment experience is a plus but not required
- Flexibility in working hours a plus: Hours of Operation are 7am-7pm (currently looking for 8-5 or 9-6 shift availability)
- Must pass criminal background check and drug test
