DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Sales Executive will manage customer relationships and win bids for concrete leveling projects. This position does not lead a team and reports to the Vice President of Sales. This position will be responsible for establishing and maintaining sales in the Florida area.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate confidently and persuasively with current and prospective customers
Understand, evaluate, and leverage data as a tool, reference, and guidance for managing current and prospective customers
Communicate effectively with operations to ensure customer’s desires are met at performance of the work
Understand both estimates and real-world performance issues to identify opportunities to generate value for customers or Cemplex Group
Visit active construction job sites to discuss issues and opportunities with current customers
Document sales activities as well as manage bids and pipeline in Salesforce
Read and understand plans and specifications for construction projects
Cold call on new clients via phone, email and in person visits to job sites
Understand and assess the viability of a project based on review of the plans and onsite conditions
Inspect, estimate, and propose solutions for leveling projects

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 3 or more years of sales experience related to construction (materials, equipment rentals, etc).
Preferred Skills/Experience
Outside Construction sales.
Experience working with $100,000+ contracts
Bachelor’s Degree in sales, construction management, business, or similar field
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS
Remote position
10%-15% overnight travel required with occasional weekends, mostly within the state of Florida
Climb, crawl, and walk upstairs, downstairs, and over potentially uneven surfaces.
Lift, pull, push, and carry 80 lbs. of weight intermittently.
Access punctual transportation to and away from scheduled job locations, mostly local but occasionally long-distance.
Ability to read and write effectively within Microsoft Excel and Word documents.
Construction site visits will be required, resulting in exposure to the elements, varying temperatures, and general construction hazards.
Sustain the stamina to walk outdoors, exposed to the elements, vibrations, loud noises, offensive smells, dust, dirt, and water in all seasons, including extreme temperatures.
Bend, squat, twist, and reach in various positions as the situation dictates.
Pay Range: $60K to $75K/year plus eligibility in a commission plan. Pay varies depending on quality of work, number of years of experience in the construction industry, and number of years with the company.
