We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to provide support for our sales and parts teams. You will have the opportunity to wear multiple hats, which eliminates the monotony and helps strengthen our team atmosphere. We are relationship driven, both internally and externally, so positive personalities with strong interpersonal skills, conflict management abilities, and balanced demeanor are all preferred.
Primary responsibilities will include general customer service, email administration, order entry and fulfillment, as well as order management such as tracking & monitoring. Those who immerse themselves in product knowledge will be the most successful, as we practice consultative sales and put our customer’s needs first. A typical workday would include answering and properly routing inbound phone calls, greeting customers at the front counter & assisting with orders in will call, checking shared email, and completing small parcel shipments. The perfect candidate would be capable of operating a forklift, to assist customers with equipment when other staff is unavailable, but this is not required. Since we ship small parcels daily, as well as assist customer over the counter with various size packages, our team members should be capable of lifting up to 30 lbs without assistance. Those able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs are desired, but not required.
