Role Overview:
The Creative Content Coordinator will be plan, manage, and execute Minnetonka content creation and implementation from beginning to end. Projects will span across our B2C and B2B channels including digital, photo, and print. This position will also be responsible for writing compelling and consistent content for the brand across several channels, such as: ecommerce, email, social, retail sales, etc. In addition, this position will help to track, test and monitor the performance of the content created.
The role will live within the marketing team. This role will collaborate on the project vision/direction with the VP Marketing & Strategy and work closely with the Graphic Designer and Photo & Video Content Creator to execute. The role will also closely collaborate with the internal ecommerce, sales, customer service and product teams and keep them informed on the project status.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and execute creative content projects from beginning to end

Collaborate on the creative project vision/direction with the VP Marketing & Strategy to create the project brief

Work closely with Graphic Designer and Photo & Video Content Creator to fulfill the brief by creating timelines & meeting project deadlines — assisting with projects when needed (e.g. Photoshoots, print projects, creative writing needs, etc.)

Lead marketing team project communication and delivery within company (eg. Ecommerce/Amazon, Sales, Product and Customer Service teams) and with external vendors

Continually learn and optimize project management organization process/tool (currently using “Click-Up)

Lead in the creation of content audit, process and organization documents and tools (when applicable)

Write and conceptualize creative, innovative content that enhances our brand

Ensure consistency, quality and accuracy across all content

Create copy that helps drive sales for B2C and B2B on our ecommerce site, Amazon, blog, emails, social, digital and print ads, catalogs, sales presentations and sales stories, product naming and descriptions, etc.

Write, create, schedule and manage social media content and help inform strategy (Ie. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

Identify and manage social influencer content relationships from beginning to end

Partner with the customer service team to write light social media comments and requests: ~2-5 hrs per week. (Ie. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

Track social media performance (currently using Bazaarevoice/Curalate) and gather on-going consumer insight to share across company (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

Track metrics on all content, run tests to understand performance, and suggest ideas for optimization

Manage marketing freelancers (when applicable) to ensure they have everything they need to complete their projects on time and on brand

Qualifications:
Education/Experience
-
A bachelor's degree or its equivalent
-
A minimum of 3+ years of project management and brand copywriting, content creation or similar writing experience in a fast-paced, deadline driven creative environment

Creative agency experience is strongly preferred

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Sharepoint) and Adobe Creative Suite

Experience or comfort in learning new tech platforms (eg. Listrak, Magento, Click-up, etc.)

Knowledge of or interest in, shoes, retail or fashion is not required but would be a bonus

Full time position with a flexible work model — in NE Minneapolis office approximately 3 days per week
